A perfect all-rounder

We have been manufacturing spiral-wound hard paper tubes for more than 35 years. Every year, we process more than 10,000 t of carton board on a fully automated production line. We supply our products to the carton board and paper industries, as well as to the floor covering industry and to foil and non-woven manufacturers.

Long-grain paper and board are rolled together on a winding rod. The facility of rolling up to 25 webs means that even thick-walled tubes with large diameters can be rolled and cut to the required size in a very short time. The connected fully-automated packaging line facilitates the packaging of exact, individually optimised transport units. An integrated drying oven ensures that the required degree of residual moisture can be achieved, also with larger quantities. Compliance with parameters and demands is checked in the company's own laboratory parallel to the production process.
