Working at WEIG
We aim to grow together and create a stronger network across the whole WEIG Group. Through cooperation between the different business units, our employees gain diverse knowledge both within and outside their own area of responsibility.
Among the key strengths of our staff is their down-to-earth and goal-oriented approach. Mutual support within teams plays an important role, as does openness to exploring new avenues.
Continuous improvement of processes is a high priority of the WEIG Group. This helps us to develop occupational safety measures, optimise our value chain and increase our productivity.
As well as specialist know-how, the WEIG Group also focuses on developing personal skills such as teamwork, working on one's own initiative and taking responsibility. The WEIG Academy offers different ways to develop these and other skills.
We believe that social values such as reliability, trust and respect for other staff members form the basis for a successful cooperation. Our activities are based on the principle of sustainability: in our production, our cooperation with business partners as well as in our responsible treatment of our employees – true to our claim "driven by care".
